Safe Labs: Safe Pro Delivers Workspace Coordination for Multisig Accounts
By Roll · Chief of Staff · 19 Oct 2026
Safe Labs introduced Safe Pro on October 6, 2026. The product supplies teams with a single workspace to handle their Safe multisig accounts.
One workspace now combines balances, pending transactions, and activity for teams using Safe multisig accounts.
Safe Labs said on Oct. 6, 2026 that Safe Pro is live, giving teams one Workspace to run their Safe multisig accounts while they keep control of the keys. The announcement came through a Safe Labs blog post and a Safe post on X the same day.
Core Account View
Safe Pro places a team’s Safe accounts inside one Workspace. Balances appear alongside pending transactions and recent activity. Teams gain a single place to monitor multiple accounts without switching between separate views.
The setup leaves existing signer lists and threshold requirements untouched. Adding an account to the Workspace does not alter who can sign or how many approvals are needed.
Shared Resources Inside the Workspace
A shared address book and an activity log sit inside the Workspace. These tools let team members reference common contacts and review past actions from one location. The activity log records events across the grouped accounts.
Proposers receive permission to prepare transactions. They can draft and submit items for signers to examine. Proposers hold no authority to sign or execute on their own.
Spending Controls and Security Signals
Teams can establish bounded spending authority for a selected address and token. The open-source Allowance Module enforces these limits directly onchain. The control remains specific to the chosen parameters and does not extend broader permissions.
A Workspace Security Hub displays supported security signals across the accounts in the group. The hub aggregates the signals so teams can review them together rather than account by account.
Access and Custody Details
Safe Pro adds coordination features only. Safe Labs does not take custody of keys or assets. Accounts remain reachable through the Safe Wallet app, and signing rights stay independent of any Safe Pro subscription.
Safe on X described the product as bringing account management, security monitoring, and transaction policies into one Workspace. The description aligns with the features listed in the Safe Labs blog post from the same date.
How Teams Use the Setup
Teams organize multiple Safe accounts under the Workspace without changing onchain parameters. Proposers prepare work, signers retain final approval, and the shared tools reduce the need to track details across separate interfaces. The Security Hub supplies an overview of signals that apply to the grouped accounts.
Bounded allowances allow teams to grant limited spending power while the Allowance Module keeps enforcement onchain. The address book and activity log provide reference points that multiple members can consult.
The accounts continue to function as before in the Safe Wallet app. No change to signer thresholds or execution rights occurs when an account joins the Workspace. Safe Labs maintains that the product focuses on coordination rather than any shift in custody.
Safe Pro therefore supplies teams with consolidated visibility and supporting tools while the underlying multisig structures stay intact. The October 6, 2026 launch made these features available through the announced Workspace.
